FLAMING WORD – P27
ISAIAH 46:9–10
9 Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like Me.
10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, “My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure.”
We often tend to forget the wonderful things God has done for us when we are faced with challenges. But God is telling us to remember them. Remember how He came through for you when there didn’t seem to be any hope, the mighty deliverances. The God of yesterday’s deliverances is the same today and forevermore. He doesn’t change, and no situation changes Him.
Why? He gives us the answer twice in verse 9: “I am God.” He is God, our Creator and Maker. There is none like Him. What He says is what stands. No one can challenge Him. Hallelujah!!
The wonderful thing is that God has already determined or planned out our lives and destinies long before we were born. He has declared the end from the beginning. He declared it long ago, in ancient times. And His counsel will stand. God does what pleases Him, and our prosperity pleases Him.
The things that are not yet done in your life and ministry are going to be done because God has already declared them, and they are created in the realm of the spirit. They are about to manifest.
Hold on. Keep on declaring the promises of God. Change is coming.
Shalom.
